There are 3 ways to get in touch with our iDetermine Crisis Responders. Choose the one that is safest for you.

Phone

Call us 24/7 at 416-533-8538 (TTY: 416-533-3736)416-533-8538 (TTY: 416-533-3736).

Chat

Click on the Live Chat button in the top right corner and we will connect you with our trained iDetermine Crisis Responders.

This is safer than texting because the communication is fully encrypted so, if you have a choice, we recommend the chat. You will need an internet connection (WiFi or data) to use the chat feature. Once you click on the chat link you will leave our main site so the only browser window you will need to close is the chat window.

We do not capture any identifying information so the chat conversation is completely anonymous. You can end the conversation at any time. Once the chat is ended, all data from the conversation is erased.

Be sure to learn how to cover your tracks on the internet when using the chat feature.

Text

Text us at 647-370-8300647-370-8300.

You don't need a data plan or an internet connection to text us so it is often a more convenient method of reaching out.

It is important to note that the text communication is not encrypted and so it is less secure.

You also need to manually delete the text communication from your phone after a text chat. Nothing is stored on our end, but the text history will be present on your phone until you delete it.

Review our tips on the safe use of cell phones before choosing this option.
